Stadttheater Bruneck in 5 words: theatre | music | cabaret | children’s + student’s theatre
The Stadttheater Bruneck was founded in 1994 as the Theater im Pub in Bruneck. Since 1998 the theatre has been called Stadttheater Bruneck.
The Stadttheater Bruneck is a non-profit association with the aim of promoting and cultivating traditional and contemporary theatre on a professional level.
Five plays are produced each season. The Stadttheater Bruneck also organises jazz concerts, cabaret evenings, film screenings, readings, children’s theatre, etc. All in-house productions are produced with professional actors, directors, costume and set designers.
Since 2019 the theatre is managed by a team. Christine Lasta is the artistic director. Sabine Renzler is responsible for the administration and the children´s and music program. Jan Gasperi is our technical manager.
