Director
Xacio Baño (Galicia, 1983). Screenwriter and film director based in Coruña. His films traveled to festivals around the world such as Locarno, San Sebastian, Telluride, MoMA NewFilms / NewDirectors, Busan, Viennale, BAFICI, Mar Del Plata, etc. In 2022 he co-writes the play “Amantis. Selfies, sexting and other ways to love each other”. In 2023 he co-writes, together with Tamara Canosa, a work for the 40th anniversary of Centro Dramático Galego that will be premiered in 2024. He creates and develops projects in the cultural company Rebordelos.
